Gary Williams, the author of The 5 Paths to Persuasion: The Art of Selling Your Message asks in his post on Fast Company Now:

1. Who is your favorite Executive in today's business world?

Warren Buffet, of course.

2. What decision style are they?

Leave the business executives alone. They know better how to run their business. So in Williams' characterization, Buffet is a 'charismatic'.

3. Why would you want to work for them?

He is great at providing high-level vision and insight. Then you are on your own to go implement it. I like that.
